Part of the first set of My Little Pony/Magic: The Gathering cards, I decided to make.

Derpy... Originally I had her as Black, not because she's evil but because she sorta creates chaos (unintentionally of course) but then I changed her to red to represent her free-spiritedness (is that even a word?).

"enters the battlefield", not "comes into play". Muffin doesn't need to be capitalized.

3rd ability should probably be "T, remove X muffin counters from Derpy Hooves: Derpy Hooves deals X damage to target creature."
Otherwise, good wording.

I almost feel like she could afford to be able to target players, but whatever.

That's very interesting. Would love to wreck havoc creatures with this card, but she's very vulnerable to spells that deals one damage, I can picture she's easily vulnerable to Prodigal Pyromancer or Sorcerer.

Very nice. Red is definitely the right colour for a pinger. I like the balance here, where you can get three pings in a row, but then you have to start recharging her, very nice. Cost and rarity feel right.
