Part of the first set of My Little Pony/Magic: The Gathering cards, I decided to make.
Originally she didn't have the 'or you may reveal them to your opponent and add them to your hand' condition but I decided to add it in to speed up her ability's benefit to the caster.

I know I'm necromancing here, but, I'd say best wording is to give her "When Twilight Sparkle enters the battlefield, you may play cards exiled by~" as a separate ability.
